The order processing time is 1-3 business days, no orders are processed on weekends, and will be processed for you at 9:00 am on the next business day.

1.How to cancel an order?

After the order is paid successfully, the user can check the order status in the account order details.

You can cancel an order within one business day of placing it. After one business day, our order will enter the packaging process. Once packaged, the return cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

2.What if the roof bag is scratched during transport?

If the roof bag is scratched during transportation, please contact customer service([email protected]) to deal with it. Homesteadworld.com will arrange for you to reissue or return the product, and the freight incurred will be borne by us. For details of returning the product, please refer to the description below.

3.return request

within the validity period. We support returns within 45 natural days after receipt. If you receive roof bag for more than 45 natural days, we will not be able to provide you with return or exchange services.

The roof bag must be returned in its original packaging, together with all accessories, including labels, instructions and gifts, unused and in good condition.

Must not affect the merchant’s secondary sales.

4.Return steps

(1)Within the validity period, apply for return to homesteadworld.com, and we will process it for you within 1-3 business days.

(2)Please mail roof bag to the following address: 6615 Accrington Ct, Charlotte, North Carolina, United States.

You need to return the roof bag and all accessories in its original packaging so that we can resell it.

(3)After you send the goods, please inform us by email [email protected] and provide the following information:

-Express company name

-Waybill number

5.Who pays for return shipping?

If you need to return or exchange due to merchant reasons, such as missing goods, damaged functions, or damage during transportation, and we will refund or reissue some missing or damaged products for you, and Shipping costs are borne by us.

If it is due to the customer’s own reasons, such as dislike, unwillingness, wrong size, etc., we accept returns and exchanges without affecting the secondary sales, but the postage must be borne by the customer.

6.How to get a refund?

After we receive the goods and confirm that they are correct, we will refund you within 1-2 business days. Please wait patiently for the bank to arrive. 

7.Is there a secondary listing fee?

We do not charge relisting fees.
